Preparation


 
  • Place steak in non-reactive pan, put all marinade ingredients (but Finishing Sauce) on top then rub over both sides and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Barbecue on hot grill approximately 5 minutes aside, with lid closed, to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the meat thinly, lift to a heated platter, and serve with Finishing Sauce.
